  1. MOFA attested Marriage Certificate
  1. CR copy (company or organization)
  1. Sponsor issued Salary Certificate and/or GOSI Certificate
  1. CPR copy (sponsor)

  1. CPR copy (recruiting agent / applicant)

  1. Passport copy (recruiting agent / applicant)

  1. Particulars of Bangladeshi employees under the same CR
